Responsibilities:
- handling accounting processes in accordance with internal procedures,
- posting bank statements and payment allocation,
- registering, verifying, and posting invoices,
- settling accounts receivable and payable balances, and resolving discrepancies in this area,
- participating in month-end/year-end closing activities,
- recording fixed assets.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- practical knowledge of basic accounting principles,
- familiarity with Rewizor GT (InsERT) or similar software (Optima, Symfonia),
- very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel),
- communicative level of English and Polish (B2/C1),
- accuracy and responsibility,
- ability to work in a team and excellent self-organization,
- ability to work under time pressure,
- good communication skills,
- work from Poland and a work permit are required.
