You will be:

  • eliciting and analyzing the client’s business needs in the insurance domain (life, non-life, insurtech), 

  • co-creating and modeling a vision of the solution, adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources, 

  • supporting the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales and RFP response, through discovery, analysis and solution design, to development and launch of custom or low-code-based applications, 

  • specifying functional and non-functional requirements of developed IT systems, 

  • conducting and facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders, 

  • advising clients on best-suited IT solutions aligned with insurance business processes, 

  • collaborating closely with distributed development teams across geographies and cultures, 

  • supporting product planning, backlog management and delivery in agile setups, 

  • ensuring alignment between IT solutions and core insurance business processes (underwriting, claims, policy administration, etc.). 

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in IT projects, 

  • proven track record in insurance-related projects (life, non-life, insurtech), 

  • hands-on experience in modeling, analyzing and optimizing insurance business processes, 

  • experience in conducting client workshops and providing strategic IT consulting, 

  • ability to understand and translate business goals into IT requirements, 

  • excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including senior management, 

  • strong communication skills in Polish and English, both written and verbal, 

  • autonomous, well-organized and proactive in driving results, 

  • solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle, 

  • understanding of the impact of digital solutions on insurance business performance, 

  • experience working in distributed and cross-cultural teams,

  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Big plus:

  • experience with low-code/no-code platforms, 

  • domain knowledge in claims management  and underwriting

  • familiarity with European insurance market regulations and trends.
