Please note that this position requires on-site work at the client’s office, and relocation to Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.
We offer a comprehensive relocation package to support your move and ensure a smooth transition to Saudi Arabia.
The project expected to last approximately one year.
You will be:
- supporting the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) by developing standardized security architectures, patterns, and guidelines for Google Cloud Platform (GCP),
- working closely with cybersecurity teams to align security policies, standards, and controls with cloud adoption strategies,
- defining cloud security frameworks, risk management strategies, and compliance controls for public cloud services,
- collaborating with architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices,
- updating security policies, supporting incident response initiatives, and implementing proactive security monitoring mechanisms.
Job requirements
Your profile:
- minimum 5 years of experience in cloud security engineering, with a focus on GCP security solutions,
- expertise in developing cloud security architectures, policies, and compliance frameworks aligned with industry best practices,
- strong hands-on experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management), encryption, network security, and security monitoring tools,
- experience in reviewing and updating security policies, standards, and cloud security controls to align with public cloud adoption,
- ability to develop and enforce Security by Design principles for cloud-based solutions,
- strong background in cloud security risk assessment and incident response,
- proficiency in security automation and DevSecOps practices for cloud environments,
- excellent communication skills in English to work with cross-functional teams and provide security advisory.
Nice to have:
- Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification or equivalent,
- experience in developing operational risk programs for cloud services,
- knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions for proactive threat detection,
- hands-on experience in automating cloud security compliance monitoring,
- ability to conduct cybersecurity training and awareness programs for cloud users.
