You will be:

  • acting as the primary owner of data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project,

  • engaging reporting and analytics stakeholders and align requirements with business goals,

  • developing and maintain a detailed data & analytics product roadmap,

  • gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications,

  • providing oversight on data architecture, scalability, and performance,

  • overseeing integration of multiple data sources into OMS for real-time analytics,

  • supervising development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),

  • leading end-user training and support deployment activities,

  • monitoring system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data, or Analytics roles,

  • strong technical background in enterprise data systems and analytics platforms,

  • experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects,

  • expertise in data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development,

  • strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills,

  • experience overseeing UAT, deployment, and user training initiatives. Preferred Skills,

  • experience with OMS or retail systems,

  • exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker,

  • knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),

  • familiarity with Agile product management methodologies,

  • strong executive communication and presentation skills,

  • advanced English.

    Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
