We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead and oversee all delivery operations for the US region. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive growth and innovation.

You will be:

  • Regional Leadership: Own delivery governance for the US region, ensuring adherence to global standards. Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related topics with key clients and internal stakeholders,

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with client leadership teams, providing regular updates on delivery progress and identifying opportunities for value addition. Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives in collaboration with account managers,

  • Operational Excellence: Drive delivery metrics, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure timely resolution of escalations and maintain high client satisfaction scores,

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation,

  • Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for regional delivery operations,

  • working from the office or remotely (however, we’d love if you visit us at least once a month).

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,

  • proven track record of managing large-scale delivery programs,

  • experience with successful off-shore delivery for US Clients and strong contribution to the region development and growth,

  • good understanding of region specifics,

  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills,

  • strong sense of ownership,  

  • customer and team focus, 

  • fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.

Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
