You will be:

  • leading the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) and BillingCenter (BC) integration projects,

  • building and maintaining seamless Guidewire web services, messaging and integration interfaces,

  • crafting robust Gosu-based business logic and rules within Guidewire applications,

  • evaluating configuration vs customization options to ensure maintainability and upgrade-readiness,

  • driving adoption of DevOps principles: automated builds, testing and continuous delivery pipelines for Guidewire,

  • collaborating with cross-functional teams (architecture, QA, business analysts, deployment) to ensure best‑in‑class delivery.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • willing to relocate to Sweden, joining client after 6 months,

  • 3+ years of hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter experience,

  • proven expertise with Guidewire web services, messaging, and integration points,

  • 2+ years of Gosu development experience,

  • strong understanding of configuration vs customization trade-offs in Guidewire,

  • familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD for Guidewire applications,

  • leadership mindset: You can mentor and guide both development teams and stakeholders,

  • excellent communication skills, ready to collaborate across roles (English B2–C1 level)

  • self-motivated, solution-oriented, keen to share knowledge and help elevate team performance.

Work from EU and a work permit to work from EU are required.

Nice to havee:

  • guidewire Certification in PC and/or BC,

  • exposure to ClaimCenter,

  • knowledge of ACE (Advanced Claim Environment) patterns and best practices,

  • experience with data migration and archival strategies in Guidewire,

  • solid Java programming skills.
