We are looking for a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management to drive impactful learning initiatives, particularly in Data Science training.

You will be:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to assess training and upskilling needs for the Data Science chapter.

  • Manage technical training programs (live, virtual, and self-paced) across multiple regions.

  • Design and deliver engaging L&D content and formats, including onboarding, skill assessments, and innovative learning solutions.

  • Support change initiatives, best practice exchange, and continuous improvement of learning programs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal teams to develop effective learning solutions.

  • Contribute to holistic employee learning experiences, extending beyond technical training.

  • Independently manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in an ambiguous environment.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in PMO roles with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D).

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with LMS and survey tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1), including at senior stakeholder levels.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive business impact through learning initiatives.

  • Must be based in London or Paris or Berlin (stationary work).
