You will be:
designing and developing performance and load test scripts using JMeter (beyond record/replay, including scripting, parameterization, correlation, and distributed execution),
integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for automated execution and reporting,
monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics such as response times, throughput, scalability, and bottlenecks,
conducting capacity planning and ensuring performance baselines are established and maintained,
performing root-cause analysis of performance bottlenecks and providing actionable recommendations to developers and architects,
collaborating closely with developers, architects, and SDETs to troubleshoot performance issues and propose optimizations,
contributing to sprint planning and advocating for performance test coverage as part of Definition of Done,
maintaining and enhancing test frameworks for reusability, scalability, and efficiency.
Job requirements
Your profile:
at least 3 years of experience in software test automation,
solid knowledge of C# and basic SQL skills,
experience in creating performance tests,
ability to integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for automated execution and reporting,
familiarity with JMeter,
skills in structuring, designing, and planning test scenarios and test cases,
hands-on experience with Playwright,
knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
familiarity with best practices in test automation,
comfort in working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XPath),
ability to communicate freely in English (at least B2),
eagerness to learn and share knowledge,
independence, punctuality in delivering tasks, and strong analytical skills.
Work from Poland and a work permit to work from EU are required.
