You will be:

  • supporting the entire process of implementing solutions — from design through development to integration testing,

  • ensuring reliable and scalable support for deployed applications,

  • working on configuration tasks within Salesforce applications.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • prior experience in implementing full-cycle projects in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud,

  • in-depth understanding of Cases and other areas such as Asset Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Live Agent, and Omni-Channel,

  • hands-on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes,

  • experience with Salesforce Lightning, Aura, and LWC,

  • ability to develop and deploy solutions following best Salesforce practices,

  • hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Approval Processes,

  • experience with SOQL/SOSL for data retrieval and optimization,

  • strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including Field-Level Security and Object-Level Security, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies,

  • familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, Metadata API) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Jenkins),

  • strong knowledge of major Sales Cloud functionalities: Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Process, Products, Price Books, and Quotes,

  • fluency in English,

  • willingness to work onsite at the client’s office in Paris 2–3 days per week.
