As a Salesforce Product Owner, you'll be the champion of our Customer product, leading the strategic vision and execution for a Salesforce platform. You'll be the bridge between the business and development teams, ensuring that the solutions we build not only meet current needs but also drive future growth. Your expertise in Salesforce will be crucial in maximizing the platform's value and delivering exceptional results.
You will be:
Product Vision & Strategy: Validate and articulate the product vision and strategy for our Customer's Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You'll develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and features.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across various departments—from sales and marketing to service and operations—to understand their needs and gather requirements. You will facilitate workshops and discussions to prioritize the most impactful features.
Backlog Management: Take full ownership of the product backlog. You will meticulously create, refine, and prioritize user stories and epics, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of what to build and why.
Solution Design & Delivery: Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You'll ensure the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices. You will also oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring the final product meets all requirements.
Performance & Analytics: Monitor the performance of Salesforce features and use data to make informed decisions. You will analyze user adoption, identify areas for improvement, and define key metrics to measure the success of new releases.
Job requirements
Your profile:
Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically managing Salesforce projects. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT solutions.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its core clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and capabilities.
Agile Proficiency: Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership: The ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building strong relationships with stakeholders and development teams.
Strategic Thinking: A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on long-term product success and business value.
