You will be:

  • building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, with deep understanding of clients’ goals and expectations,

  • accountable for planning and executing delivery on time, within budget and expected quality,

  • tracking delivery progress, identifying and managing risks,

  • wearing different hats (Agile/waterfall project manager, scrum master), depending on the needs, 

  • building and managing successful project teams, including provider-client blended teams,

  • ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work,

  • taking care of effective communication between team members and clients,

  • maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • at least 10 years’ experience in the planning and management of projects or of a size of at least 5 million EUR, including risk and issue management, mitigation and issue resolution,

  • certification in Agile e.g. Scrum Master and any project management methodology such as PM2, PMI or PRINCE2 at practitioner level,

  • at least 5 years’ experience in agile software development, managing cross-functional or matrix teams of at least 10 specialist profile,

  • experience in leading multinational teams,

  • customer and team focus,

  • good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices,

  • flexibility in adapting working method to clients’ limitations,

  • self-reliance, independence, ability to make decisions,

  • strong sense of ownership,

  • focus on making things happen,

  • very good command of both spoken and written English.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.


Nice to have:

  • experience in the design and implementation of computational biomedicine systems in either clinical decision support, clinical trials, or biomedical research is a plus.
