You will be:
Strengthening and improving manual testing processes from day one,
Assessing current QA and development practices to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas,
Providing strategic QA recommendations and designing tailored quality assurance strategies,
Leading the introduction of best practices to ensure long-term, sustainable QA processes.
Job requirements
Your profile:
6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance,
Extensive background in manual QA across various project types and domains,
Proven ability to conduct QA assessments, perform process audits, and identify improvement areas on both project and organizational levels,
Skilled in designing and implementing test strategies suited to specific project contexts and life cycles,
Experience in coordinating manual QA efforts within development teams for structured and efficient testing,
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA’s function across methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, and hybrid models,
Strong knowledge of functional testing techniques, along with a solid grasp of non-functional testing areas such as performance, usability, and security,
Expertise in managing defect lifecycles, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions,
Capable of defining, collecting, and tracking quality metrics to measure and communicate product health,
Continuously seeking ways to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization,
Proficient in manual API testing using tools such as Swagger, Postman, or similar,
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability to integrate QA tasks into pre-defined delivery workflows.
