You will be:

• Strengthening and improving manual testing processes from day one,

• Assessing current QA and development practices to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas,

• Providing strategic QA recommendations and designing tailored quality assurance strategies,

• Leading the introduction of best practices to ensure long-term, sustainable QA processes.

Your profile:

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance,

• Extensive background in manual QA across various project types and domains,

• Proven ability to conduct QA assessments, perform process audits, and identify improvement areas on both project and organizational levels,

• Skilled in designing and implementing test strategies suited to specific project contexts and life cycles,

• Experience in coordinating manual QA efforts within development teams for structured and efficient testing,

• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA’s function across methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, and hybrid models,

• Strong knowledge of functional testing techniques, along with a solid grasp of non-functional testing areas such as performance, usability, and security,

• Expertise in managing defect lifecycles, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions,

• Capable of defining, collecting, and tracking quality metrics to measure and communicate product health,

• Continuously seeking ways to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization,

• Proficient in manual API testing using tools such as Swagger, Postman, or similar,

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability to integrate QA tasks into pre-defined delivery workflows.
