You will be:
Join a team of Prescribing & Customer Support team as a Senior/Staff Salesforce Engineer to build and maintain critical features supporting healthcare platform.
Technical Delivery (60%)
● developing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow,
● building and maintain features across Service Cloud and Health Cloud,
● configuring declarative solutions for complex business requirements,
● designing and implementing robust integrations between the eMed Platform and Salesforce,
● ensuring code quality, performance, and security best practices.
Technical Support (20%)
● providing technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues,
● supporting end users with platform questions and system functionality,
● investigating and resolve data integrity issues,
● assisting with user access and permission troubleshooting.
Architectural Guidance (20%)
● advising on Salesforce architecture decisions and technical strategy,
● guiding team on Salesforce development approaches and best practices for scalable,
maintainable solutions,
● reviewing technical designs and provide recommendations,
● collaborating with the Engineering Manager on the technical roadmap.
Job requirements
8–12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience,
expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL,
strong configuration skills (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.),
proven expertise in Service Cloud (Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Queues, Roles),
user management and security experience (Role Hierarchies, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules),
health Cloud experience, including Care Plans and clinical data models (preferred),
integration experience with REST APIs, SQS, Platform Events, and middleware platforms,
knowledge of CI/CD and deployment practices, including version control, automated testing, and deployment pipelines,
required Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer,
preferred Certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Health Cloud Consultant,
English - C1.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
● experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, financial services),
● large-scale Salesforce implementations (complex orgs, high data volumes),
● data governance and security knowledge,
● AWS Connect and Okta integration experience,
● JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency.
