You will be:

  • actively participating in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment,

  • leading technical offers by orchestrating cross-functional solution teams,

  • co-authoring proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs in alignment with client requirements and delivery models,

  • collaborating with sales teams and stakeholders to build strong technical narratives and value propositions,

  • designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP,

  • defining migration strategies and high-level architectures in cooperation with cloud-specialized architects,

  • leading discovery and solution design workshops and translating requirements into actionable architectures,

  • ensuring security, compliance, and technical feasibility of proposed solutions throughout the pre-sales cycle

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP),

  • proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and proposal or RFP/RFI creation,

  • strong understanding of cloud architectures, pricing models, and cost estimation tools,

  • solid knowledge of Agile delivery models and aligning them with client expectations,

  • experience working with high-security and data-protection requirements,

  • familiarity with pre-sales, bid management, and proposal automation tools,

  • excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences,

  • ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers,

  • willingness to travel for client workshops, presentations, and key meetings,

  • fluent Polish and English (minimum B2+ level)



    Work from Poland, and a work permit is required.
