You will be:

  • selecting and recommending optimal solutions, and supporting clients and the development team,
  • working in projects from the early stages of the project,
  • learning about the context and goals of the client’s business,
  • collecting and systematizing the acquired knowledge and identifying the needs of customers and end users (in small conceptual teams, using a variety of tools and workshop techniques),
  • analyzing the data collected from users and stakeholders.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a User Experience Designer, Usability Designer or similar,
  • 3+ years experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android
  • accessibility awareness; commercial experience in this area is welcome,
  • able to communicate in English (B2+) and Polish (B1+),
  • able to name, organize and solve design problems based on user value and business objectives,
  • experienced leading design workshops and conceptual work with the business owner, client teams, and design team,
  • you know that continuous learning and knowledge sharing is a way for you to grow and improve,
  • able and willing to travel for meetings with clients (UK, DACH, U.S.) and to offices in Poland (Wrocław, Gdańsk, Rzeszów).
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experienced in building mobile, enterprise, SaaS products,
  • practical skills in using and/or contributing to Design Systems,
  • experienced in organizing, conducting and analyzing qualitative research and quantitative testing such as A/B testing,
  • design is your passion, which you present at various events.
